All prescription-only medicines dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Beverley are issued only following a satisfactory consultation and clinical review. Prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber and dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy.
You must provide accurate and complete information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may affect your safety and constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order if concerns arise about clinical suitability at any stage.
Prescriptions cannot be transferred to a third party and are valid only for the individual to whom they are issued.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier's standard service and factors outside our control.
Medications will be delivered in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to prescription-only medicines once the prescription has been dispensed, as these cannot be returned or resold for safety reasons. If you believe you have received incorrect or damaged medication, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
Our service does not replace your NHS GP or primary care provider. In an emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department. If your condition worsens or you experience unexpected side effects, stop taking your medication and seek immediate medical advice.
